I have had Andrew Granger as the managing agent for a property I let out since 2006. The team have always provided an excellent service, ensuring tenants are fully checked prior to agreement to let, and subsequently monitoring the tenancy to any issues are delt with swiftly and effectively. They are also excellent at communicating effectively, letting me know what is going on, and where problems have arisen, suggesting solutions where appropriate.
