I asked for a valuation on my property by 3 estate agents. Tom Cheshire came to value my property. I had no doubt when I met Tom and heard his highly professional approach to marketing my house, who I should use. Tom produced four draft brochures before the final one was approved. It was outstanding. My house went on the market on the Tuesday, by the Following Saturday an offer of the full asking price had been made and which I accepted.
