Lack of communication a huge disappointment!

Henderson Connellan were initially fantastic when selling my house. They got 15 people to view my property and it SOLD in 1 week. I was delighted. Then I heard very little from them and had to chase them for information. There was no sale progression reports. Thankfully my solicitor kept me informed of events so that on completion, I knew what to expect. As again, no contact from estate agent. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication in general and of sale progression from the Estate Agent.
