We knew HC were good as we had used them previously, but this time they exceeded their own high standards. From the initial telephone enquiry Holly sounded genuinely keen to come and appraise the property and promptly arranged for David to do so, he gave an honest and realistic valuation and talked us through the process without the hard sell. They even hand delivered some property details later that evening. We didn’t speak to any other agents as we were confident HC were the right team for the job. On instruction the following week Holly came round to prepare the details and again was really enthusiastic about the house, I was impressed as I knew this would filter through to potential buyers. Before the ink was dry on the particulars we had a number of viewings booked in. The house sold within 7 days for the full asking price to a buyer in a great position – couldn’t ask for more.
