From picking up the phone to arrange a valuation all the staff were keen, friendly and offered me an appointment within a few days, The agent who attended was very attentive, keen and gave me a very good valuation. From when the property went on the market it was handled in an excellent and professional manner by Holly Smith, Holly was outstanding, very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to sell the property. Holly and her team kept me informed of everything they were doing, were very polite, helpful and very efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Holly and her team to anyone wanting to sell, buy, rent a property through Henderson Connellan.. They are all simply brilliant people and work hard for the client and put that above everything else. I hope to buy a property through them again in 2016.
