Every aspect of a complicated sale exceeded expectations

For many years we had dreamed of moving to West Wales. This October we decided the time was right to give it a try. We have moved many times before so were very aware of potential problems especially trying to co-ordinate sale and purchase, moving 200 miles away. We saw 5 estate agents and chose Tom from Henderson Connellan in Market Harborough. He was easily the best prepared of the people we saw and we felt confident he would do a good job. We were then supported by Abby through the sale process. This was not easy, but Abby's polite persistence helped complete the transaction and we moved to Wales last Tuesday. Before instructing Henderson Conellan we had a pretty dim view of estate agents. The whole team at Henderson Connellan challenged our predjudices. They always returned our calls, made sure messages were passed on and were well prepared and informed. They achieved a good price for our property and helped us see it through to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
