Patience, tenacity and integrity

This would have been 5 stars if it were not for the protracted transaction time although this was entirely due to the inconsistency and unreliability of the buyer and their representative whose behaviour was exasperating for most of those concerned. Abby Bulley (Sales Progression) was on the other hand a breath of fresh air and frankly without her drive, tenacity and patience this transaction would never have been successfully completed. I was particularly impressed with Abby's speed of response and complete reliability, in a transaction where, in the end, minutes not hours proved crucial This was a difficult balancing act where differing personalities and agendas required handling with diplomacy. How important it is to have complete trust in someone who is handling one of the biggest emotional and financial transactions of your life. Thank you Abby for your support it is greatly valued. I have used Henderson Connellan successfully before and thanks in no small part to Abby, will again. Ray Kemp
