We are acting as executors of an estate. This involves selling a house. We were dismayed when lockdown started very soon after the house was put in the market, and were resigned to not being able to selling the property for the long foreseeable future. Viewings were arranged promptly and conducted individually for two different families. The agent was in the house with smart technology which allowed her to show the clients every detail of each room, and they could ask detailed questions to which they could see the answer on their screen. An offer was received, negotiated, and accepted following this process. The offer was subject to confirmation following a physical viewing once restrictions were eased. This has now taken place and has been confirmed. We were delighted with this service.
