I have had some pretty poor experiences with other providers and decided to move to the Bentons lettings team, having had a great experience buying our house through the company. I can not fault the customer experience I have had with them and it is a "breath of fresh air" knowing I can totally trust the team to manage my rental property. I have had a variety of issues from various tenants to a significant flood but nothing has been too much trouble for the team. They are totally professional, prompt to respond and know their legislation and take care to look after not only the landlord but the tenants equally. I honestly can not recommend the lettings team more highly.
