Richard Harrison’s expertise, oversight and leadership of the marketing and sale was insightful, valuable and very much appreciated. It is why he has personally become my estate agent of choice through several sales, over a few decades! I feel he & Bentons staff put the word 'professional' back into the estate agency profession. I think most people assume it's the actual sale that is the part where estate agents provide value, but in fact that is only the beginning. The sage 'hand holding', steering, navigating and professional, consistent dialogue with all the steps and parties in the conveyancing process, including the regular liaison with the solicitors involved, through to actual keys being handed over on the day of completion, is the more hidden, yet undoubtedly equally valuable and indispensable, component of Benton's service.
