I had the pleasure of working with James from Bentons for nearly 8 years trying to sell our property in Woodhouse, Loughborough. We were messed around every year with a potential buyer, who for some reason couldn't follow through with funding to actually purchase the property until finally, last year, a buyer turned up who followed through on their agreement and bought the house within a month of seeing it.There were many highs and lows during the 8 years, but I remained loyal to James as I feel he is the only person I could trust to sell a high value property in the area.
