Shocking service, enquired to view a property and potentially buy but missed the phone call. Voicemail said to call them back. I did within 30 mins, no answer numerous times. No call the next day so I called only to be told they have agreed a sale and they were trying to immediately end the phone call. Very poor customer service. Will avoid now whilst looking for my new home

James Sealey never once returned my calls, utter ignorance and would not recommend this company to anyone. The property is still advertised for sale and I have called on 4 separate occasions leaving all my contact details. AVOID this lot

Sorry but not a place I can recommend. Staff polite but frustrating. Simply don't listen. Got so fed up with being asked the same question I gave up.

Me and my partner were looking to rent, after handing in our paperwork we hadn’t heard back for quite some time, so I went into the shop to be told they’d lost our paperwork. Brilliant, with so much personal information on. I filled in my paperwork again, handed it in. And again, never heard back. I went back into the shop and they said they’d be in touch, never were. I went back for a third time and stressed we were really eager to get the ball rolling, again I was told they would email me with details of the houses I was after viewing. I never heard anything. By this point I thought better of renting with a company like this, and went to someone else who couldn’t have been any more helpful. I never heard anything from Benton’s again.

Shame there isn’t a zero star or minus totally unprofessional useless company rental agents our rude lie when to you when enquiring about properties saying they our being decorated when they haven’t given false information even when face to face not returning calls rude very inefficient, wanted to request a viewing day after property went on Rightmove was told being decorated when clearly it hasn’t !! Visited branch in Melton Mowbray to find rent agreed in window when enquired was told was still available although viewings have been arranged already !! When I said I wanted to view still was told will have to wait they will ring me Monday no ohone call again emailed Bentons was told no answer yet also rental agent on course !! Then bungalow was readvertised at lower price then put back up next day that’s false advertising enquired about this was told mistake in system not believed rude unprofessional staff !!
