Wonderful service and support with selling our house in Merthyr. We were let down by another local estate agent, who promised the earth but just didn't deliver. (One viewing in six weeks and hardly ever replied to calls.) After changing to Martin & Co they soon had several viewings arranged for our property and we had agreed a sale within a week - for only a fraction under the asking price. Amanda and her team were also great at keeping us updated and responding to any queries. Five star service and for half the price. Just wish we had gone with them in the first place!
