Thank you Martin & co! From Sales to lettings these guys are the experts! I’m not from the area and have spoken to a few companies but these guys gave us amazing local knowledge, are so friendly, open and authentic. The service I received was too class, with the little knowledge I had, they made me feel comfortable to ask and walked away highly educated about the area! Above all what stood out was the companies morals, real people with big hearts truly wanting to help. It seems they work perfect as a team, all pitching in with their separate expertise to help accommodate all your property needs and worries. As soon as they found out our requirements Chloe thought of properties that were fit for purpose and kindly showed us a few properties and honestly did a great job. Danielle spoke us through all our lettings worries and have ‘superman’ on hand to assist with all possible home troubles, she communicated so well which is so important in an office! Martin & Co have been brilliant selling our property. We had numerous issues with solicitors but Henry from the Merthyr office was quick to offer advice and guidance on what to do next and how to manage the problems we were having. The thing that really helped was Henry's experience, helping promote our property and advising the best way to advertise it to gain maximum exposure. Had a great experience recently buying through these guys. I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.
