Good priced sales

Thank you to all guys at Martin & Co for making my experience of moving to a new flat so easy. There was a hiccup (hence 4 stars) but it was sorted quickly. Thanks to Emma and Sarah for all the help.

Easy access to office , nice , polite staff. Great choice of properties.

Well I know the staff are leaving but a estate agent job is supposed to keep you informed about how your sale going and liaise with both solicitors, but I would not list a dog kennel with them shame. There was no communication for 4 weeks and the buyer pulled out 2 weeks before that and I didn't know fumming.They at to pull out due to their own circumstances. I was very disappointed 😔. No names mentioned I am not that type of guy..

Pity they do not respond to E-Mail questions and ask info?

Well, I know that the staff are leaving the company, but an Estate Agents job is to keep their clients informed of all aspects of their sale and to liaise with the solicitors. There was no communication for 4 weeks and having found out that the perspective buyer had pulled out of the sale after 2 weeks. To say the least I was very disappointed. Moving forward I would not use this company or recommend it. As I am not a vindictive person, I will not be mentioning any staff names that I had dealt with.
