Id put a 0 stars if options permitted me to do it. Terrible service from them never got any assistance whatsoever when i was letting with them would be locked out of my appartment and be forced to sleep elsewhere when i had a house that i was paying rent for. Their ‘emergency’ number never works, now moved out been months ive been chasing my deposit and multiple phone calls and multiple emails and all the replies from calls i get is will get back to you and they never do, never updates you on whats going on always have to chase for any information so frustrating, so infuriating, id never go with them ever again.. lost my trust

Left my family move in a poor property with a newborn and 1 year old major issues penetrating damp which made me me and my kids Ill even led to my son having operation and every time I would ring up and they would send someone out he would put the blame on me, knowing full well what the problem was only in it for the money while I lived in hell , only way I could escape was to stop paying the rent and contact environmental health to fix what was going on and even then u still didn’t care only to find out all the hell I was put through they were selling up to get me out then just to repaint and stick someone else in there to suffer the same pain every wall soaking even the floor with damp and mouldy, my kids were always having throat infections everything I bought I had to leave behind and start with nothing , so the next time u want to look the other way think about the life’s you have already destroyed, years this went on for and even had the cheek to take me to court

Hmmmm Martin & co do us a favour and return one of our calls after numerous calls to yourselves about repairs and leaks which still have not been resolved. How many more times do I need to call again 😡🤔

Never go with this agent my tenant moved about a month ago I keep call them about check out and lost mount rent they refused to answer me they loose me
