We picked up the keys about a week ago. We were promised up and down that the property was ready to be moved into, and we did so. Here's just a fraction of everything that was wrong: - boiler is not working. We had to pay a previous debt off with extra on top of that (which we didn't cause) and it still isn't giving hot water to this moment. - We weren't given the gas card to ACCESS IT. - The company told us the wrong people for the account itself, and the metre wasn't even registered at the right address anymore - The internet is barely passable for our work-from-home jobs - The address wasn't registered with yorkshire water - the electric metre is very outdated with day/night rates AND is in the shop downstairs! We can't even access it 24/7! - No waste disposal bin - The vast majority of the flat is still covered in damage, and filthy. We've been scrambling for days just trying to get this all sorted out, and the Dominique isn't even getting back to us anymore despite being in office! If we could break lease and move out to a new place immediately, we would. I just want to be able to take a bath in my first ever property, and I can't even do that. This is your warning all who want to use this company. They do not care, they will gladly do the legal minimum token gestures and leave you out to dry.
