I cannot speak highly enough about the unbelievable customer service given to me by Tracy at the Coulby Newham branch. As anyone knows conveyancing is stressful!! Being within the chain I was constantly on the phone to Tracy sometimes several times a day and she has sometimes rang me after close of business to return my calls. I would call this going above and beyond and she worked tirelessly to obtain the desired results of exchanging today. Her professionalism and dedication and always giving me the correct and accurate update I was very grateful for. I said to her a number of times her calming manner and positivity helped me keep calm. Every member of staff whom I spoke to I found helpful. Thank you all but especially Tracy 😀😀
