I cannot speak highly enough about the unbelievable customer service given to me by Tracy at the Coulby Newham branch. As anyone knows conveyancing is stressful!! Being within the chain I was constantly on the phone to Tracy sometimes several times a day and she has sometimes rang me after close of business to return my calls. I would call this going above and beyond and she worked tirelessly to obtain the desired results of exchanging today.
