The advisor Holly Kershaw from the Middleton branch was excellent. I purchased a property through Ryder & Dutton whilst I was out of the country so was more challenging than normal. I was only able to do this because of the outstanding service I received from Holly. She kept me abreast of all developments and despite me insisting on a totally unrealistic completion date, Holly came through, diligently chasing all parties and exceeding expectations.
