We have sold three houses through Ryder and Dutton over the years and have always had good service. The last property we sold took longer than most, but this is a not reflection of the estate agents more a comment on how slow solicitors are!. We were fortunate that we had an excellent negotiator in Katie Wild, who did lots of chasing on our behalf and who made what was at times a very frustrating process a lot easier. Katie's professionalism and excellent customer service reflects well on Ryder and Dutton and I would thoroughly recommended using them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.
