I can't thank Sarah Morgan and Ann Beech enough for their help in finding and assisting me through my mortgage application, which was actually quite complex (to me anyway!) yet they both took it in their stride in an extremely professional, efficient and friendly manner. Sarah's approachable manner, knowledge and assistance finding me the right mortgage and her negotiations with the lender enabled me to actually proceed with my house purchase from a difficult position, and her communication throughout was very reassuring, and Ann's calm handling and management of my mortgage application, of which the lender was quite demanding, was brilliant; Ann kept in constant contact with me throughout, which helped me greatly as it was an anxious time for me anyway, and was in complete control of the situation. I would recommend the team at Mortgage Advice Bureau to anybody, as I've been VERY pleased with everything Sarah and Ann have done to help me. All the other staff at Ryder & Dutton in Middleton are friendly and helpful when I call in for appointments too. x
