Laura couldn't have been better! She co-ordinated everyone involved in the sale and kept me updated at every stage. I never had to ring her; she always rang to keep me informed. Our buyer's solicitor was exceptionally slow but she contacted them regularly and, even if there was no news, she rang to tell me who she had left messages for, etc. Brilliant!
