The Middleton office handled the sale of our property, also in Middleton. We were looked after throughout the process by Claudette Cole of whom I can't speak highly enough - she was brilliant every step of the way. She was pro active in dealing with both party's solicitors (and, my goodness, they needed to be pushed at times!) and kept us updated and informed on at least a weekly basis, often more frequently, either by email or phone.
