"The house that we were selling was that of my late brother-in-law. Obviously, the loss of a close family member is very upsetting. Claudette was allocated to us as our contact during the whole proceedings. The sale went on for much longer than we thought it would. Claudette was great at keeping us informed and called us every week to provide an update.
