Lisa Royle at the Middleton branch has been fantastic! Helping us with a search that started 18 months ago, selling of my parents’ house 10 months ago and buying a new bungalow 9 months ago, she has guided, steered and supported us through each element and went over and above what her role is. The process was slightly hindered due to the COVID 19 situation, but even during that period Lisa kept in touch and assisted in communicating with solicitors and other people in the chain…. just brilliant. I can’t recommend her enough, and the rest of the Ryder & Dutton team who we occasionally dealt with were also prompt with their actions and always so polite.
