I was the purchaser of a property where Ryder & Dutton (Lisa Royle) was acting for the seller. It turned out to be a long and difficult process, as ownership of part of the property had not been recorded correctly at the Land Registry, many years ago. There were times when it looked like the deal would through fall through, as the seller was at risk of losing her own purchase, due to the delays.
