Would definitely recommend and use Ryder & Dutton again. Richard Boyle was excellent and very professional throughout. At one point having to be the go between ourselves and the buyer when the respective solicitors had ceased to talk to each other. Richard used his experience and knowledge to push both parties to ensure the sale eventually completed.
