The process from the beginning, through the viewings up to the point of appointing a buyer was first class. Through no fault of the agent the process after that was a fairly complicated one and Lisa was a great assistance to us during that. We appreciated her support, empathy and the ability to have a laugh with us. Getting this all done and dusted during a lockdown wasn't easy so we were very glad of the help.

Highly recommend! Experience was very stressful especially in current circumstances, but despite that service was outstanding! Especially reccomend Lisa Royle, she was the increadible profesionnal , responsive and helpful throughthough whole process.
