First class service by Lisa and the team, Lisa is very efficient and kept us updated at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Very satisfied with the service provided by staff at Ryder & Dutton. I was guided through the sale of my property and kept informed through every step. Holly was initially looking after the file and later Oliver took over when Holly moved to a different branch. Both were competent and friendly throughout. I also appreciated the fact the file was kept right up to date at all times so that if either were not in the office when I rang with a query another member of staff was able to refer to the file and perhaps help; if not a message was always passed on so that my query could be answered quickly. This kind of efficiency and competency in a busy environment earns my respect. Can certainly recommend.

I can't thank Sarah Morgan and Ann Beech enough for their help in finding and assisting me through my mortgage application, which was actually quite complex (to me anyway!) yet they both took it in their stride in an extremely professional, efficient and friendly manner. Sarah's approachable manner, knowledge and assistance finding me the right mortgage and her negotiations with the lender enabled me to actually proceed with my house purchase from a difficult position, and her communication throughout was very reassuring, and Ann's calm handling and management of my mortgage application, of which the lender was quite demanding, was brilliant; Ann kept in constant contact with me throughout, which helped me greatly as it was an anxious time for me anyway, and was in complete control of the situation.
