I had a pleasant experience in working with Ryder & Dutton. Claudette cole at the Middleton branch was very helpful, she kept me informed throughout the process of buying my first house.

Unfortunately Ryders were not my first choice due to location I was living in - and boy do I regret that. Previous real estates were everything Ryders are not. Over there I had to wait weeks for returning the call or had to wait days for a viewing confirmation... But enough with them (NPE by the way), lets talk about Ryders! My main point of contact was Claudette and veiwing were done by Ashleigh and Amber - both of them were alway puncutal, patient and very orientated about property we were in (again unlike other estates;). As timing was crucial to us, Ryders were arranging 3 viewing per day on every other day around our 9-5 jobs, and only sending us emails with properties that were very close to out criteria. I'd say their accuracy was 9 out of 10. Claudette was amazing, to be honest she went above and beyond. She kept me in the loop with all correspondence, from chassing broker to chassing solicitors (vendors and mine). Quickly replied to any questions I had for a vendor. I have rang her on few occasions and only once she was unable to answer my call but it was returned within next 15 minutes (not like NPE - week if you are lucky). If I am correct I took us 3 weeks before we have found property and placed an offer and had quite few viewings. From buyers perspective, I can strongly recommend Ryder & Dutton and above staff of their Middleton branch. In my opinion with their customers service they are in Major league and you will definately feel taken care of.

As an older couple selling our house it was a very stressful time, Ryder and Dutton Agents, especially Aaron Broome who was handling our sale was absolutely fabulous. He made sure we were kept updated in all aspects of the sale, and was really helpful explaining anything that we asked about. Thanks for all you have done.

Top drawer agents, Alex Kendrick setting up the initial sale made the process a breeze. Communication was great, a revelation after a previous experience. A big thankyou to Laura Gittins too. The process after the initial smooth sale was hindered badly bay a third party, which Laura dealt with in a fabulous, clam and good humoured manner. Highly recommended company.

Lisa Royle was a massive help in the sale of my property that went on for 10 months, by not fault of hers ( changing market). Communicate was excellent and was easy to trust what was said would and did get done. He patience and perseverance was exemplary. If I had to sell or buy a property again I wouldn’t hesitate.
