My experience as a first time buyer could not have been better with Ryder and Dutton. Claudette from Ryder and Duttons Middleton branch was extremely helpful, she went out of her way to calm my nerves by chasing up solicitors and feeding information back and forth between the vendor and myself. She understood how important buying my first property was for me and was able to connect with me on a personal level while still maintaning professionalism. Overall we were satisfied with the service from Ryder & Dutton Estate Agents. Our contact Claudette kept us informed on a regular basis and did follow up any queries we had regarding the sale. We feel however that the initial asking price was over inflated which resulted in a slow start to the selling process.

The sale of property was handled by Claudette and what a great service she provided. She was approachable, friendly, always available to take calls and answer questions. Clearly very experienced in how these things work, she was a calming presence during a stressful period.
