The communication between Elizabeth, Jenny and myself was always good. They always got back to me within a few hours if they couldn't be reached. I conducted all of the viewings myself so unable to comment on that side. They helped to sell my house which is the main point, and progressed the sale regulary via the conveyancers and helped speed things along. So all on all a professional and efficient company.
