Very helpful but still confined to a great deal of red tape.

Raphael was very helpful and patient in helping secure a flat from overseas (Canada). The British system is much much more bureaucratic than ours (I even had to create a registered account to write this review:very frustrating!) but he helped a great deal.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the red tape in the UK. We are extremely thorough when it comes to paperwork. Protecting our landlords and sourcing the best tenants are at the core of our business.

Very polite and professional team. Good sensible advice about the property and clearly had an understanding of the market and local area. Helpful at all levels during the sale of the property. Recommend them to everyone.

If I could, I would not have given a single star for how bad the experience with this agency I had. My deposit was withheld as I paid for cleaning before handing over the keys. They have no reason to stop my deposit because I left the house as it was given to me. I'm going to give them in the court so that others don't suffer like I did. Shame on you .😤🫣🫣🤥

Dear Adelina The house has not been returned as it was given to you (fair wear and tear excepted). A check out inspection has been carried out by an independent inventory company who have produced a report containing time and date stamped photos as evidence that the house has not been cleaned and is in a dirty condition, that you have left bags of rubbish inside the house and rubbish in the garden and shed, that you have damaged the outside brickwork to the house by installing and then removing a satellite dish without permission and in breach of the terms of your tenancy agreement, that you have unlawfully removed various items of the landlord's property from the house including a fridge/freezer and in particular this matter is being taken very seriously as it is theft and the landlord will be taking legal advice on what action to pursue against you for this criminal act.

At first, this company seemed very lovely. However, when ending my tenancy, the landlord accused me of taking items which were not even in the flat when I moved in, and forced me to reinburse them, taking it out of my Deposit. I am appalled at the service I recieved when ending my tenancy, any excuse to take money from their tenants.

We are sorry that you have had a bad experience. As you know we are not your landlord and had no involvement with the management of your tenancy, this has been carried out by the landlord himself who has registered and is holding your tenancy deposit. We have not taken any money from you. To clarify, the check out inspection and report was carried out by an independent inventory company and you have been sent a copy of the report. The report shows that the property was not returned in the same state of cleanliness as documented on the inventory report at the beginning of your tenancy, so the landlord had to employ a cleaning company to bring the flat into a condition where it could be rented again, you have been sent a copy of the invoice from the cleaning company. The report also shows that there are some small missing items which we believe the landlord wants to claim for, which is entirely his decision. We have tried our best to intervene and help you regarding the missing items, however we can only do a limited amount, the final decision is the landlords. Feel free to contact us at any time if you require our assistance in your dealings with the landlord.
