Best service.
Would like to thank jamie and Jamil for their politeness and helpfulness to us whilst selling our bungalow. As we are pensioners we did not have much of an idea about selling property as we had lived in our home for 44 years. But with their help it was made easy and evrything went quite smoothly. We were kept upto date with the progress as we went along which was very helpful. Thank you once again.

Professional agent achieving best returns for our sale
My agents, Jamie and Tom, where brilliant! Professional at all times and had good knowledge of how to achieve the best sale price on our 2 bed flat. Our sale was very difficult but this was down to our buyers experiencing problems with their surveyors/bank/solicitors. However, given these problems Jamie and Tom were actively striving to obtain exchange as quickly as possible. In hindsight, I dont think another agent would have put the effort Martyn gerrard have. I am glad to have used this estate agent and would recommend them to friends and family.

Amazing service would 100% recommend to others
Jamie and tom have both provided me with a fantastic service. I have found the process of buying a property very stressful and they have both done all they can to make go a smoothly as possible, always being at the end of a phone to answer any questions I have and kept me updated. I would recommend Martyn Gerrard to any one.

Excellent service
Martyn Gerrard have been excellent in helping me let my property, I have used them for 2 years now and on both occasions Jatin shah has let the property within 48 hours. He kept me up to speed with the let and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend and continue to use these agents to let my property.

I have been renting my property through Martin Gerrard, the mill hill branch for the past three years. My main point of contact has been Jatin Shah. I have been exceptionally impressed by the service I have received from Jatin. I am always informed of any changes relating to the property letting in a very timely manner. JATIN is always available to talk me through any queries I have had. I'm very impressed by the quality of tenants that martyn gerrard have found for me. I hope to continue this relationship into the future.

Jamil Asghar - Proactive and Knowledgable agent
Jamil and his team at Martyn Gerrard are friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Jamil is one of the best agents I've dealt with - calm, approachable, professional and proactive. He was very supportive throughout the negotiation and exchange process and very good at pushing all sides. Jamil was also willing to help us in any way possible during the conveyance process - multiple viewings, various surveyors allowed to see the property when required, clear guidance on the process and going over and above to provide brilliant customer service - even on his days off. I recommend without hesitation.

JAMIL ASGHAR - TOP CLASS ESTATE AGENT!!!
What can I say about this guy, By far the best estate agent I have met in my years of property investment. I have never met a such dynamic estate agent, full of energy and eager to resolve any hurdles that come in the way of completing a purchase. He uses his pro-activeness to answer any problems that either a buyer or seller faces and always available even on his days off to answer any queries. Professionalism in the face of sticky sale
As far as we know, it was not the usual process, however the input of Marco and Jamie was what we we needed. They asked the right questions and dialogued where possible, intervened and was able to drive the sale forward after some painful weeks. Thank you for professionalism and quick responses.

Good Communication And Quick To Respond
Martyn Gerrard helped us to sell our home in North London. All staff were polite, friendly and efficient. They set out realistic price expectations for the property and we had quite a few viewings in the first few weeks. Our buyer was found by the Mill Hill office and Marco Moloudi guided us through the sale. He was patient, helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. The overall service from Martyn Gerrard was very good.
