Replacement of double glazing

I would like to say thankyou to David Burchell of Lanes, for the help he gave me, in getting the double glazing replaced in my rented accommodation. It has made a great improvement to my enviroment..

Fantastic at helping me manage my property

Sian is always keeping me on top of my responsibilities as a landlord and is fast to react when something needs doing. She is extremely friendly and helpful and is a huge asset to Lanes. My property has been managed by Lanes for nearly 20 years and I know it's in safe hands.

Excellent agent

Had a very positive experience with Lanes and Sian from singing the documents to moving in, I was kept well informed and any issues with the new flat were dealt with quickly and on the same day. The agent has been extremely helpful with everything I have asked. They have given me confidence in the fact that any future problems will be dealt with swiftly. Yesterday was my inspection visit day and I met Sian Davies for the first time after she had helped me with an issue, over the phone and email. She was every bit as professional and caring in the flesh and took an interest in me as one of Lanes' tenants - and actually it was refreshing for me to be able to have a catch-up review on my tenancy, how happy I was, any issues I should point out....etc. As I say I'm always happy with Lanes in general, but wanted to thank Sian on this occasion. A Perfect Service

My partner and I where looking for a property to rent in Milton Keynes. We had viewed about 6 or 7 houses before looking at Lanes website. We found three properties that matched our needs and Laura was really flexible in working around our work schedule to get two viewings on the same day. We fell in love with the first property and within 30 mins Laura had reserved it for us and the then the paperwork began. Throughout Lanes where professional to the core and within a week we had completed and was just waiting for our move in date. On the day of signing I was taken care of by Sian, even though I was 30 mins early :) and within 15 mins Imwas walking out of the shop with my keys. Overall a very easy and professional service by staff who are obviously extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Lanes, particularly Laura and Sian!!

Great Agent, Very Friendly and Helpful

I have been with Lanes for a 6 month tenancy at one of their properties and I can say they have been a great agent. Very prompt in replying to details and made sure the flat was all nice and clean when I moved in. I would use them again should I need another tenancy. I am only moving out as I have found a property to buy.

Courteous, efficient and friendly

I rent through Lanes and I've found them easy to approach. They have a portal for maintenance and breakdown issues which I have found very efficient. All the staff I have had dealings with are very professional.

Balanced professional
