Lanes have been excellent with maintenance issues since I moved into the house 2 years ago and are always polite and prompt when I contact them. They also make sure the property is inspected every 6 mths (fair enough, as a landlord I'd insist 9n this), and make sure the boiler and water (Legionella disease) are checked during the year. Other than that, they trust you and leave you alone, which is appreciated. Thank you Lanes.
Since I moved into my property in September 2011, I have been very impressed with the service I have received from "everyone" at Lanes, especially Sian Davies and Debbie. They are all very efficient and keep me up to date with any changes or maintenance issues I may of raised. I would recommend Lanes to anyone. Keep up the good work.
Selling my house through Lanes was hustle-free and quick. The process of house selling was made incredibly easy and stress free. I would recommend Lanes for a house sale as you will get a great service, with lots of information along the way. Well..what can I say about the adorable Craig....?? Lovely guy, quick off the mark with arranging viewings, absolute honesty applied with any questions raised with recent Leasehold purchase, eager to help in any aspect, hard working ( yes...have had texts as early as 07.30 am ...from him when I've raised a few questions I've mulled on overnight!). Very straightforward honest all rounder and a real credit to the revitalised Sales that Lanes have re-introduced. Had fewer dealings with Simon as Craig was my main contact however he ihas always helpful whenever I've called their office too and the whole Sales Team are very knowledgeable about the business in general. I'm now looking to sell my own apartment and looking for the same excellent service ...will post a further review once this happens. But... as I have huge faith in David, Craig and Simon that that is the reason I have opted for the Sole Agency rather than Multi. Well done Lanes ...would certainly recommend them.

Have been with Lanes as a Landlady since 2000 so with many years experience behind me can honestly say the Rentals Team have always been (dare I say?) almost exemplary in all my dealings over the years. From Mandi who was so quick on the ball when the apartment upstairs (owned by a self maintenance man) had a leak and my ceiling almost came down ( TWICE this happened!) to arranging Contractors to repair quickly with no hassle for me at all which is a service needed and very much welcomed as I am not in the position to do such things. To the mostly quick turnarounds when the tenants have moved out. Which doesn't happen too often I'm pleased to say as their vetting procedures seem 'spot on' Debbie especially was an enormous help when my flat was vacated last year Sept 2014 and helped with arranging contractors to re-decorate and installing new fixed heaters , carpeting and doing the electrical safety checks needed by me (as a responsible landlady.) I won't forget to mention David either ...who I know is there to ensure his business performs to the highest standards. And employs the best and very capable staff. Furthermore...they do Inspection checks regularly which gives me great comfort to know my investment is being'looked after' hence 5 stars. Well done Lanes
