I let my property through Martin and Co about 4 months ago now, and my experience has been excellent. They have been consistently prompt, friendly and knowledgeable in their communication, have been willing to offer advice throughout, and have helped a great deal with any admin I required, even before the property was let (I live abroad, so this was invaluable). I had a tenant within days, who has been excellent, and who has now asked for a full 12 month lease. I would absolutely recommend, and hope we continue to have such a good relationship for years to come!
