I do not know how they have 4.7 rating, they probably buy fake reviews or rate themselves using fake accounts. Rented through them, and it was a typical letting agent experience - they have the integrity of a used cars' salesman . They have tried to rob me for one month's rent by pretending that I did not notify them on time about me moving out. Literally, the guy that I notified both via phone call and face to face acted like I didn't - his name is Michael Fortunately, I had the receipts and they had to back off. Just to summarize - protect yourself , take pictures of the property , do all the communication via email and keep those emails because they WILL try to steal from you if an opportunity presents itself.

They do not know how to speak with manners and how to speak without a condescending tone. I have spoken to numerous estate agents today and when using the exact same words in other conversations they all understood however the individuals at this company did not and instantly assumed I could not afford to rent one of their properties and instantly started speaking to me in a completely different manner.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Avoid left this place feeling devastated and ruined my whole day. Shame they discriminate against people on benefits like we are savages. They need to step out of the Victorian era !
