Had my tenants since the beginning of renting my house out and can say that the vetting process was spot on as the tenants have been brilliant since day one. If there’s ever an issue with your property they’re quick to let you know and offer help if needed with a tradesman from their books. They do regular checks to see all is in order at the property and send a report to you. They are always prompt in forwarding your monthly monies and have never been late with me. . Your property is in good hands imo.
