It's a few years late but better late than never. I used Whitegates Mirfield, to assist me with renting and eventually selling my home. The service they gave was above and beyond. I was living abroad at the time which meant I was unable to be on hand to deal with situations as they arose and it was incredibly reassuring to know that Ollie and Chris were taking care of things for me. I highly recommend whitegates, they literally took the hassle out of what was for us as a family a difficult sale, property belonging to our late mum. They were really responsive and helpful and liaised on our behalf. Oli was always quick to answer any questions and the office staff were equally as helpful and professional. Highly recommended. We recently took a short-term lease on a rental in Mirfield to break the chain on our sale, we rented through whitegates. We have never rented before, so apprehensive, but the team talked us through the process efficientlyAfter viewing the property we quickly received all the relevant links to get the approvals, ID and references etc. We had responsive exchange of communication through Whitegates sales Oliver and during the tenancy from the letting team Demelza. Throughout my 2yr house search Whitegates, Mirfield were brilliant. They listened to my wishes, were flexible and accommodating & there communication skills were fantastic.
