As buyers, we could ask questions in real time and the agents could answer our queries at the earliest opportunity. This method of communication was so effective and time saving because it meant we didn't have to wait for the usual office hours to make any enquiries Naomi and Rachel were very communicative and helpful and would often chase up progress in order to keep us updated. In fact, these 2 staff members were more cooperative and communicated with us (the buyers) more than our own solicitor!
