Due to unexpected circumstances, I had to put my property on the market at the worst possible time (September 2022) when property prices were rapidly falling and interest rates rising. However, the team at Goodfellows Morden didn't despair and did their utmost in marketing it and getting it viewed. I received one offer which I accepted but the buyer pulled out and the same thing happened again and again whilst mortgages were very difficult to get. Happily though, the sale of my house has now been completed. Thanks go to Tony and Jack M but especially to Jack J who managed to agree a decent price and saw the whole sale through to the end. Highly recommended.
