Tayler at the Morden branch is very helpful, sweet and responsive! We've looked at a lot of properties and had some negative experiences with other agents- they advertise for a good property, only for you to books a showing with them and learn that the one you want is no longer available, and show you a bunch of overpriced, poor condition houses. Tayler and everyone at the Morden branch are, on the other hand, the most professional and helpful. She has smoothly coordinated our viewing, signing and the team continues to support us with the tasks post-move in. They are also great with facilitating our communications with the landlord. The quality of the property is fantastic and we can see ourselves making it our home for the next 3-5 years. We couldn't recommend them more!
