We have had a really great experience with Goodfellows as managing agents for the property we rented through them this year. They were very quick to respond to any issues we needed addressing at the property. Kerry in particular was really helpful, especially when our heating and hot water stopped working and the boiler tenancy service we used was quoting a 3 day wait. She managed to call up and get an engineer out to us the next day which was much appreciated, especially with two very small children! Would highly recommend them.
