We first began talking to Goodfellows back in March when we had just emptied my Mum's Bungalow. At this point we received advice from Sharmila about getting an Electrical survey done BEFORE we embarked on the refurbishment. What a good thing we did, as the whole property required re-wiring and we would have had to start again on redecorating once the walls had been channeled out for the new wiring. As lockdown also came into play during this period, progress was slow but Sharmila stayed in touch throughout. Once we had agreed to go with Goodfellows on a Sole basis, everything moved very quickly and within a few days we had two above asking price offers. Our new Tenant moves in just two weeks after the property went on the market. In this period I have continued to speak to Sharmila, but both Ryan and Barbara in particular worked hard on finding suitable tenants. All the staff I have spoken with at Goodfellows have been extremely professional, good at getting back to me, and have kept me informed throughout - I can't recommend them enough.
