They were really helpful throughout the buying process and, at some point, I just knew I could trust these guys (especially Jack Jenkins) to do the right thing for me. In my case, there was a lot of back and forth with the sellers, regarding documentation, questions about items they intended to sell, questions about the house itself, requests to inspect the house and so on. In all these cases, Jack mediated the communication quickly and effectively, always trying to find the best outcomes for everyone involved.
