Unfortunately because the property was not managed by Goodfellows we are in the hands of the landlords to authorise in writing the release of deposit monies and cannot do this until we have received this from them. As we merely are the agents holding and protected your deposit. Good news is Kelly spoke to you yesterday advising that your deposit was being released and it was sent back to you yesterday.
