Just had an amazing experience with GoodFellows Morden. We had an issue with our boiler and it seemed like an engineer would have to visit to fix it. So in my mind I kind of guessed that it’ll be a few days before this gets fixed. However, as soon as I emailed, I got a reply back from the Assistant Manager, Marion Gardner, saying that a plumber would soon call to arrange appointment to get this fixed. And few minutes after that the plumber called and we booked for the same day and the plumber was at the property after like an hour or so and fixed the issue. Unbelievably quick response. The whole team has been super supportive and responsive since the beginning.
