Kanika Williams has offered the best service during our letting contract and nothing was too much trouble for her. She must be commended for going above the standard service as all the staff I have dealt with at Goodfellows have done. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We’ve had an overall very good experience renting with Goodfellows for over 2 years. Staff, especially Emma Smith and Kanika Williams, have been friendly, responsive and sorted out any queries or issues promptly. Referencing, check-out, inventories etc were all handled smoothly.

Recently i used Goodfellows Estate Agents ,Morden branch to sell my property and I am extremely happy with their service and professionalism. Not only sales staff put all their effort to sell the property but their assistant branch manager Jodie Chamberlain liaise with us up to the exchange of contract. Jodie was updating us regularly about the progress from the date of agreeing sales to exchange.There was no need for us to phone them and find out the status. She has been very efficient in dealing with my rent queries - she contacted my tenant and communicated the responses very quickly.
